12 points demand for proper observation of the sacred Eid-e-Meelaadun Nabi’ Swallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam 

1. Declare death sentence for any derogatory speech, script, publication, TV program, legislation, radio program, blogs and social media posts against the sacred honor of Noor-e-Mujassam ‘Habeebullah ‘Hu’dur Pak Swallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam. Any kind of defamatory expressions must be banned, and regulatory action must be taken to speed up the punishment process.
2. Allocate sufficient public budget to massively observe the sacred Saiyidul Aa’yaad Shareef i.e the sacred ‘Eid-e-Meeladun Nabi’ Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam or Mawlid un Nabi’ Swallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam.
3. Pay bonus to all Muslim staffs in the month of sacred Rwabiul Awaal Shareef.
4. Stop all kinds of obscene and vulgar acts in the honor of sacred 12th Rwabiul Awaal Shareef. Take robust action to stop porn, Indian TV serial and beauty contest in mobile phone and internet.
5. Make it compulsory to include the sacred biography of Noor-e-Mujassam, ‘Habeebullah ‘Hu’dur Pak Swallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam and ‘Ha’drwat Ahlu Bait Shareef ‘Alaihimus Salaam in text books of all classes and withdraw everything which is against their honor.
6. Organize sacred Meelaad Shareef Mahfil in all public and private educational institutes, Masjids and Madrasas, offices and organizations on the sacred 12th Rwabiul Awwal Shareef and giveaway Tabaruk (Blessed meal).
7. Implement the following programs in order to ensure national observation of the sacred ‘Eid-e-Meelaadun Nabi’ Swallallahu ’Alaihi wa Sallam, the sacred 12th Rwabiul Awwal Shareef in other words, with highest Government patronisation.
(a) Issue a circular in all ministries, directorates and departments directing all government and non-government bodies to observe the sacred ‘Eid-e-Meelaadun Nabi’ Swallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam with highest majesty and honor.
(b) Decorate all public and private infrastructures, in other words, the whole country.
(c) The President, the Prime Minister and all MPs should exchange greetings with the people of all walks at their respective constitutions.
(d) Declare month-long vacation all over the country.
(e) Arrange Islamic and social programs such as Waz mahfil, Islamic learning sessions, exhibition of Kitabs, Military Exhibition, general amnesty, national flag hoisitng, job for poor and unemployed people, house for the homeless people round the year.
(f) Take effective measure to establish the sacred 12th Shareef as a ‘Global day-off’.
8. Offer discount on all products and services and also offer special products and services on the occasion of the sacred ‘Eid-e-Meelaadun Nabi’ Swallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam.
9. Establish an autonomous and empowered research center like the Islamic foundation and also a separate Ministry to establish the sacred ‘Eid-e-Meeladun Nabi’ Swallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam everywhere.
10. Distribute new dress, medicine, cash and special food to the poor people in all Masjids, Madrasas, orphanages and sacred Majar shareefs on the occasion of the sacred 12th Rwabiul Awwal Shareef,
11. Organize special competition in all educational institutions of this country on the occasion of the sacred ‘Eid-e-Meelaadun Nabi’ Swallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam.
12. Organize competition among common people at district, division and national level so that everybody can participate in the celebration and provide maximum Government support to the “International Saiyidul Aa’yaad Shareef Observation Committee.”
